No Label ships to countries within the EU, the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please check the list with all countries over here

What is the delivery time?
No Label aims to deliver within 4 working days counted from the day that the order and payment both have been confirmed by No Label to the customer.
Does No Label deliver to post office boxes?
Unfortunately this is not possible. We deliver to home and office addresses only.
How can I change my delivery or invoice address?
You can change the address on the checkout page. If you want to change your address after you have placed an order, you can contact No Label by phone: +31(0) 20 261 37 69.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped by us, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace number so you can follow the whereabouts of your parcel.
Does No Label sell gift cards?
Gift cards of various amounts are available for purchase online and in our store. Our gift cards have no expiry date and are not redeemable for cash.
How do I use my gift card online?
Add the item(s) you would like to purchase to your shopping bag. On the checkout page you can enter your personal code in the field ‘Coupon’.
Do No Label gift cards expire?
No, our gift cards do not have an expiry date.
Which payment methods does No Label accept?
We accept payments by iDEAL, Credit Card, Mister Cash, PayPal and SOFORT.
Is it safe to enter my payment details online?

Why am I unable to complete my payment?
This can happen because of a number of reasons. Please check if you have entered your bank or credit card details correctly. You can also try a different payment method. If that does not work either, please contact your bank: your card may have expired or you have insufficient funds.
Does No Label offer tailoring?
In our No Label store we can help you select the style, fabrics and particulars, including the lining, buttons, buttonholes, lapels and cuffs to create custom apparel best suited for you. If you do not live close to our store, you can make an appointment with one of our traveling tailors. You can book a tailor online.
Can I order tailoring online?
You can book a tailor online for a suit, pants or shirt. We will schedule an appointment with a traveling tailor who will visit you.
What is the delivery time for tailoring?
We aim to deliver within 4 to 6 weeks.
Do I need to have an account to place an order?
It is not compulsory but we do advise you to do so.
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
When you are unable to select a size, colour or design this means that the item is currently sold out.
How can I cancel my order?
It is not possible to cancel your order. However, you can return your purchase(s) within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a refund.
Can I exchange or return an item?
You can always return your article(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items will be refunded when returned in original condition including price tags and seal-bags. Most items can be refunded when it’s in original condition (with tag and seal still attached). Exchanging an item is not possible. If you prefer a different article or size, please place a new order online.
How do I exchange or return an item to a store?
You can exchange or return products in the No Label Store within 30 days. Items can only be returned or exchanged with the original packing-list and order confirmation. More info..

Who pays for the delivery costs when I return an item?
Returning an item within the Netherlands is free of charge. Shipping costs on returns outside the Netherlands are not free, postal charges are on the consumers behalf. After we receive your returned items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days.

How do I know my suit size?
Click on the link ‘What’s my size?’ on our product pages, and check what size you need.
Is it possible to order different parts of a suit in different sizes?
Unfortunately that is not possible. However, you can order pants and jackets separately and combine these into a suit.

Do I have to pay taxes when I order at No Label?
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; No Label has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
What benefits does a No Label account offer?
You can view your recent orders, follow the status of your orders and edit your account details. Also your details and delivery address(es) are saved for a quick checkout the next time you place an order at No Label.
